Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi throughout ryokan.
(Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to use a cable.)

Is it a smoking or non smoking facility?

Smoking is prohibited in the entire ryokan (including electronic cigarettes and heated cigarettes).

What is the check-in /check-out time?

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, we have a cancellation policy.
We charge you 40% of the total amount at the time of booking 2 days prior to arrival, 80% 1 day prior, 100% on the day and 100% no-show cancellation.

Can I go out with a yukata?

Please note that the yukata and wooden clogs provided by the ryokan can only be used inside the facility.

Can I send my luggage before my stay?

Yes. We can keep it 2 days prior to your stay.
Please specify the date of stay, your name and phone number at the time of booking and send it.
Please note that we cannot keep raw foods.

Are there any restaurants or convenience stores nearby?

There are many popular restaurants and convenience stores within 1-minute walk.

Can we make a reservation the entire ryokan?

Yes, it is possible to charter as a group. Please contact us by phone or email in advance.

Is it available for children?

Our ryokan aims to be a comfortable accommodation for families with children and children are welcome.
